Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

- Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (where available)

Free Shipping
Free standard shipping is available on U.S. orders over $75.
Order Tracking
A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships. Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates.
Signature Confirmation
For orders valued at $200 or more, signature confirmation may be required upon delivery to protect against theft and fraud .
Lost or Stolen Packages
Merricco Dazzling Jewelry is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. Customers should contact the carrier directly and file any necessary claims.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Additional shipping fees may apply if an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address.
Damaged Items
Customers must report damaged items within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs of the item, packaging, and shipping label.
International Orders
Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, import fees, and other charges imposed by their country.
Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier disruptions, customs processing, holidays, or other events beyond our control.
